The best dog in the Winner 2005 Show, Wire Fox
Terrier Ash Grove Highwaystar, owned by Luisa Romanini c/o Agneta
Åström of Helsingborg, Sweden, also won the Nordic Winner 2005 Show on
Sunday 18th December in the Helsinki Fair Centre.
The second-best was the fourth dog in the Winner
2005 show, Pug Pugsies Henry Morse, owner Sandberg Harrieth, Torsåker,
Sweden. The third one was American Cocker Spaniel Caci’s Cute Carmen
At Ld’s, owners Östman Carina and Blom Gun-Mari, Borlänge, Sweden.
Black Giant Schnauzer Stablemaster’s Northern Hope ranked fourth,
owners Faberge Frances and Jan, Vihti, Finland.
The second-largest international one-day dog show
arranged by the Finnish Kennel Club
on Sunday was a success. A total of 7,600 dogs of
305 breeds were shown. The visitors in the Nordic Winner 2005 Show
numbered 19,000, a total of 41,000 in the two Winner Shows over the
weekend. Besides the Fair Centre Halls, the
Finnish Kennel Club also occupied two heated outdoor marquees.
